
Kate is a physical performer & researcher
working in the in-between
of movement & voice
She has most recently been an associate artist with IPAC (Intercultural Performing Arts Company), France, performing in their three-part project L’Or Bleu. She has studied extensively with VoiceLab research studio, based in the Grotowski Institute, Poland.
She's recently collaborated with Replica, Berlin, stank, Paris, and Shifts, Berlin/Normandy. Kate was a member of Studio Kokyu from 2018 to 2020.
She has performed across Europe, in venues including the Southbank Centre, Wimbledon Theatre, Rich Mix, Little Angel Theatre and the Pit at the Barbican (all London), Hebbel-am-Ufer (Berlin), FigurTeatret (Stamsund, Norway) and the Grotowski Institute (Poland).
In 2024 she graduated with an MFA in Creative Practice at Trinity Laban/Independent Dance, where she was the recipient of a Leverhulme scholarship. And she's just started a PhD in choreography at University of the Arts London/The Place, funded by Techne.
